Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support:
- Draft and prepare reports, presentations, emails, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate internal and external communications with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with project management, timelines, and tracking deliverables across departments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive and strategic information.
Client Relations & Sales Support:
- Act as a first point of contact for key clients, managing communication and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
- Support the Managing Partner in developing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and relationship.
- Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain client databases and contribute to pipeline tracking and reporting.
Personal Support:
- Coordinate the Managing Partner's personal schedule, including appointments and travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing... Master's is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative role, with exposure to client management and sales support.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic is a must; French is a plus.
- Experience working in consulting, or corporate environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and contribute to sales or business development efforts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
