Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a n on site Motion Designer & Video Editor with strong execution skills and a progressive mindset toward AI-driven content creation. This role sits at the core of social, DOOH, brand films, content campaigns, and experiential visuals. You will work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, & Designers, to bring ideas to life through movement.

This is not a template animator role this is a creative problem-solver who understands storytelling, rhythm, culture, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Motion & Video Production


• Animate brand KVs, campaign assets, and social content


• Edit reels, TikToks, stories, YouTube cutdowns, and DOOH loops


• Build 2D motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, glitch effects


• Support brand films, teasers, intros, and reveal sequences


• Adapt content into multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, DOOH)


• Sound design basics
• Color grading (basic)

2. AI-Powered Creation ( options )


• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation & production: – Runway – Luma – Midjourney – Firefly


• Generate AI-based motion backplates, textures, effects, environments


• Enhance real footage using AI clean-ups, upscaling, extensions

3. Creative Collaboration


• Translate static KVs into motion language


• Collaborate with Art Directors on transitions & visual systems


• Work with Copy on timing, pacing, voiceover rhythm


• Support pitches with animated boards & AI concepts


• Contribute ideas not just execute

4. Speed, Adaptation & Scale


• Deliver fast turnarounds for social & performance content


• Localize English & Arabic content


• Versioning for multiple markets


• Maintain quality under pressure

Experience Profile


• 3–6+ years in motion design & video editing


• Agency experience preferred


• Social + brand + DOOH experience required


• GCC / Saudi market understanding
