*Summary:*  We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Sales Representative to join our growing team in the medical equipment industry. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, promoting innovative healthcare solutions, and expanding our market presence. As a frontline representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals, guiding them through the selection and adoption of high -quality medical devices. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate complex product benefits clearly, and meet sales targets will directly impact our mission to improve patient care through advanced medical technology. This entry -level position offers a structured onboarding process, ongoing training, and clear pathways for career advancement within a supportive and professional environment. *Responsibilities:*  - Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, procurement officers, and clinic administrators.  - Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed technical and clinical information on medical equipment.  - Identify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.  - Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective prospecting, follow -up, and closing strategies.  - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of various healthcare settings.  - Collaborate with the clinical support and technical teams to ensure accurate product information and timely delivery.  - Maintain up -to -date knowledge of product features, industry regulations, and competitive landscape.  - Document all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.  - Provide feedback on customer needs and product performance to support continuous improvement. *Requirements:*  - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business, or related field is a plus.  - 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare -related fields; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, empathetic, and consultative approach.  - Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast -paced environment.  - Comfortable with cold calling, face -to -face meetings, and digital outreach.  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).  - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and regional travel.  - Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.  - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a results -driven culture.
