Communicating with customers through social media and the company's website.
Following up on customer orders from the moment of order until the goods are delivered to the customer.
Gathering feedback from customers to ensure good service delivery and the required quality.
Implementing plans and executable programs related to the management of the company.
Executing the approved marketing plan and all work requirements within the nature of the job.
Suggesting improvement, corrective, and preventive measures aimed at enhancing work performance management.
Carrying out all tasks requested by the company's management within the marketing, sales, and customer service departments.
Submitting a monthly report to management to identify customer needs and requests; in the absence of suggestions, proposing new methods to streamline work in a more productive and effective manner.
Indoor Sales Representative Job Description: ( Beirut Branch )
1. Maintaining the cleanliness of the department where one works at all times.
2. Preparing the stands and tables with goods according to regulations and ensuring the floors are cleaned regularly.
3. Welcoming customers by providing assistance and identifying each customer's needs and desires.
4. Guiding customers by accompanying them to the shelves and stands, and suggesting products to them.
5. Advising customers by providing comprehensive information about the displayed goods.
6. Helping customers make choices by building trust and offering suggestions and opinions.
7. Being knowledgeable about the specifications of the displayed goods, the available offers and discounts, payment and exchange policies (if any), as well as safety and security procedures.
8. Monitoring and identifying any security risks or thefts, and knowing how to handle such situations.
9. Contributing to team effort by being able to work within a team and achieving the desired results.
10. Marketing to the customer and increasing sales.
11. Receiving goods from the warehouse and ensuring the count if requested by the direct supervisor. 12. Directing the customer to the cash register and assisting them.
