We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead, train, and motivate our Outdoor and HORECA sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team.
  • Monitor daily activities and provide coaching.
  • Accompany reps on field visits to support and assist in negotiations.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze sales data and manage sales territories.
Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of sales, with 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.

Proven experience in the Lebanese FMCG or F&B distribution sector.

Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.

Must hold a valid driver's license (car preferred).

Fluent in Arabic and English.
