Business Development Representative

Data-rho is a software engineering company headquartered in Lebanon.
Since 2014, data-rho have been bringing custom solutions to large and midsized companies in maritime shipping, official orders, syndicates and other industries by providing essential tailored business applications and solutions that cover their whole workflow management.
Job Description- Ability to understand the software product
- Suggest advertising ideas
- Prepare marketing tools (Presentations, Brochures, Documents and others)
- Handle clients account and follow-up agreements and renewals
- Reach new clients and perform first contact
- Update Company's website and social media platforms
- Follow up with customer satisfaction survey
- Attending calls and handling complaints of clients in a professional manner
- Review customer complaint log
- Keep knowledge up-to-date by attending workshops, conferences and other educational opportunities
- Ensure compliance with data-rho Quality Management System procedures and policies
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields
- 2-8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent English communication skills
- French communication skills is a plus
- Knowledge in Software Development is a plus
- Knowledge in Shipping and Logistics industries is a plus
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM.
- Starting Date: Immediate
- Contract Type: Permanent
