*Summary:*  We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team in the Food and Beverage Services industry as Bakery, Butchery, Mezza, BBQ, and Runner staff. This role is ideal for candidates with basic skills and a passion for food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our kitchen and service operations, you will contribute to the daily success of our food outlets by supporting the preparation, presentation, and delivery of high -quality, fresh products. Whether you're handling baked goods, preparing meats, assembling mezza platters, grilling BBQ items, or ensuring timely delivery of orders, your attention to detail and teamwork will directly impact guest experience and operational efficiency. This entry -level position offers hands -on training, career growth opportunities, and the chance to work in a fast -paced, vibrant environment where food quality and service excellence are paramount. *Responsibilities:*  - Assist in the preparation, packaging, and presentation of bakery items, including breads, pastries, and desserts.  - Support butchery operations by portioning, trimming, and labeling meat products according to standards.  - Prepare and assemble mezza platters using fresh ingredients, ensuring consistency and visual appeal.  - Operate BBQ grills and cooking equipment to prepare high -quality grilled meats and vegetables.  - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in workstations, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with food safety regulations.  - Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to customers or designated service points.  - Support kitchen staff with general tasks such as inventory checks, stock replenishment, and waste management.  - Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.  - Demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast -paced environment. *Requirements:*  - No prior work experience required; entry -level candidates are encouraged to apply.  - Basic understanding of food handling and hygiene practices.  - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.  - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).  - Reliable attendance and punctuality.  - Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.  - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
