We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle process, ensuring a smooth, rapid, and professional recruitment process for our clients and candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a proven track record of filling key positions across the GCC region. They will be a resourceful and diplomatic individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and building up smooth and comprehensive communication with clients
• Advising clients and stakeholders on RecruitMe Plus services, policies, and processes
• Receiving and analyzing job descriptions
• Designing job advertisements and spreading them out to the most efficient sourcing channels
• Screening direct applications
• Identifying keywords and proactively searching for potential qualified talents
• Conducting initial interviews with shortlisted applicants
• Guiding multiple stakeholders through RecruitMe Plus processes
• Coordinating and facilitating interview schedules, interview trips
• Conducting reference checks
• Developing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders
• Attending and managing job fairs locally or regionally
• Developing candidate rosters and employing traditional sourcing strategies

The successful candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relative experience
• Resourcefulness and diplomacy
• Experience in proactive sourcing through various channels
• Proven track record in filling key positions across the GCC region
• Solid presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience in using ATS is highly preferable
• Social media common user and platforms friendly
• Integrity, honesty, and accountability
