About This Role

This Senior Business Analyst position is a key leadership role that requires the ability to analyze business activities, identify areas for improvement and provide alternative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.

The goal of this position is to support the development of ICT solutions and ensure their alignment with organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs analysis and determine project requirements by interviewing stakeholders, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Document project requirements and communicate them clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective business analysis planning and monitoring processes.
  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders through workshops, interviews and other means.
  • Manage and communicate project requirements to ensure they are met.
  • Identify and prioritize business value and opportunities for process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science or Business Management.
  • Working knowledge of Agile Methodology and its tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to comprehend complex business concepts and terminologies.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
