Job Title: Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing all procurement activities, including but not limited to, purchasing goods and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement processes from start to finish, including issuing purchase orders, receiving and inspecting goods, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring that they meet our requirements and are compliant with our policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including invoices, receipts, and contract documents.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with business objectives.
• Provide training and support to colleagues on procurement procedures and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, supply chain management) would be an asset.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a procurement-related role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
