Senior Financial Due Diligence Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Due Diligence professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading complex financial due diligence projects, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic advice on financial matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading financial due diligence teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Developing and implementing financial models to evaluate transaction opportunities.
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in financial due diligence or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
