Business Development Assistant

A Propos du Poste

Au sein du département du développement commercial, vous serez amené(e) à travailler en étroite collaboration avec une équipe très dynamique et polyvalente sous le mentoring de la Responsable du partenariat et du développement commercial et collaborer avec les autres membres de lâéquipe. Vous participerez à la mise en Åuvre de la stratégie marketing et du programme de développement.

Missions

- Account Management : Accompagner la Responsable du Partenariat auprès des clients.

- Préparer des rapports trimestriels par client.

- Recueillir des informations auprès des clients et prestataires concernant leurs dossiers et mettre à jour la base de données comme les grilles tarifaires.

- Rôle Développement : Accompagner la Responsable du Développement Commercial.

- Participer à la prospection des clients.

- Préparer les réponses aux appels dâoffres et les présentations clients.

- Mettre en Åuvre les actions de développement commercial et marketing.

- Marketing :

- Rédiger du contenu marketing (plaquettes, présentationsâ¦) pour les événements et nos clients.

- Participer à la gestion de nos réseaux sociaux, de notre site internet et de ceux de nos clients.

- Gestion des Intervenants Médicaux et Paramédicaux : Accompagner la Responsable des Intervenants Médicaux dans la gestion des équipes.

Profil du Candidat

- Vous êtes titulaire dâun diplôme en marketing, commerce, ou un domaine similaire.

- Vous avez une première expérience dâau moins 1 an dans une équipe de développement commercial.

- Vous parlez couramment lâAnglais et le Français.

- Vous avez de bonnes compétences relationnelles et rédactionnelles.

- Vous savez bien vous organiser et travailler en équipe.

- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel et PowerPoint).

- Enthousiaste et dynamique, vous avez une bonne aptitude à travailler en équipe et un bon sens du service client. Vous êtes organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) dans la gestion des tâches multiples et le respect des délais.

Localisation de lâemploi

⢠Le poste est basé à Beyrouth, lâactivité est en présentiel exclusivement, pas de possibilité de télétravail

⢠40 heures par semaine du lundi au vendredi.
