Sales Assistant, NC - MENA

 

We are currently looking for a candidate to join our MENA region Sales Team in Lebanon as a Sales Assistant, NC. The successful candidate will be offered a 12-month internship and will get the chance to work in a multinational environment, supporting the team on core activities.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 

  • Checking all orders when they are received from the channel partner
  • Check exact UPN/description , Qtys/pack of and price
  • Ask for ipat if needed from the sales team
  • Follow up with the cs on the forwarder with the channel partner
  • Follow up with the channel partner on the shelf life that is being sent by the cs team
  • Clear back order reports to push and prioritize allocation
  • Handle units forecast for all capital like avvigo and rota and also all products
  • Handles Sindbad and make sure all orders are properly forecasted
  • Follow up with CS on all back orders to make sure all orders are completed and shipped
  • Close follow up on ft blocks and making sure it is being released
  • Very closely fill pyramind and  update with any changes
  • Close follow with the cs team to make sure we have clear answers and visibility on orders and their status

 

What Do We Look For In You:

 

  • Educated to degree level in equivalent qualification
  • Available to sign a 12-monthmonths internship.
  • Native Arabic with very strong written and verbal English communication skills. Any other language is a plus.
  • Desire to execute with hands-on mindset 
  • Ability to communicate, network and partner with a variety of stakeholders at both local and international level 
  • Strong planning and organisational skills  
  • Results oriented and takes accountability 
  • Flexible and able to adapt to fast moving business environment 
  • Creative and innovative thinking
