We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate electrical works on-site, ensuring that all installations are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor all electrical installation activities on-site.
• Ensure electrical works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Supervise electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, low-current systems, cable installations, panels, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, architectural, and other project teams.
• Monitor subcontractors, technicians, and site teams to ensure proper execution of works.
• Conduct site inspections and identify and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress and ensure electrical activities are completed according to schedule.
• Verify that materials and equipment delivered to the site meet approved specifications.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project management.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, quality standards, and site safety procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical site engineering or site execution.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and site procedures.
• Good understanding of power, lighting, electrical panels, cable systems, and low-current systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with applicable electrical codes and engineering standards.
• Strong site supervision and technical problem-solving skills.
• Good project coordination and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
