We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site, ensuring that all activities are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor all mechanical installation activities on-site.
• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical works according to project requirements.
• Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
• Ensure site activities are executed according to approved drawings and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, architectural, and other project teams to avoid conflicts and delays.
• Monitor subcontractors and site teams and ensure proper execution of mechanical works.
• Conduct site inspections and identify and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule.
• Ensure materials and equipment delivered to the site comply with approved specifications.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project management as required. crm.templates.job.description.requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical site work.
• Previous hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, specifications, and installation procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with relevant engineering codes and standards.
• Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Must be available to work on-site in Beirut, Lebanon.
