Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
• Ensure that site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Monitor construction quality and report any technical issues or deviations.
• Prepare daily site reports and document project progress.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical problems and coordinating corrective actions.
• Use AutoCAD to review drawings and support site coordination. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from AUB or LAU.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
• Strong interest in site works and hands-on site supervision.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage site responsibilities.
