Job Description: a Furniture company seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the operations of their retail branch at Beirut Salim Slam Headquarters. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the branch team, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a successful retail operation within a reputable and growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Recruit, train, and coach branch staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Great experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or home furnishings industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Salary: 1100$-1200$
Location: Beirut Salim Salam
