Leasing Consultant- Hathaway at Lebanon Apartments

We are searching for a qualified Leasing Professional who has a positive attitude and professional presentation skills to present apartments and community amenities. Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is desired but will train the right candidate. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lease vacant apartments to prospective residents by communicating the value of residencyProvide information to prospective residents about community amenitiesResponds to phone and email inquiries from prospective residentsCompile leasing paperwork accuratelyProcess applicationsExplains lease and all appropriate addenda to new residentsAssist with resident relationsFacilitate service request and forward to maintenance staffAdheres to a varied work schedule, including weekends and some holidays, as requiredPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and OutlookCustomer service skills and conflict resolution skills to overcome objections and resolve issuesEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills to maintain records and schedulesBilingual in English/Spanish is a plusGross Residential is celebrating over 100 years in business and we offer competitive compensation and benefits, a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development.
