We are looking for a talented "Regional Recruitment Consultant" to join our dynamic team. The position will be based in Beirut, Lebanon.
As a Regional Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in connecting talented candidates with exciting job opportunities within the designated region.
Job Description
- Understand clients' recruitment needs, challenges, and objectives, providing strategic guidance and tailored solutions to meet their talent acquisition requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, databases, and networking, to identify and attract top-quality candidates. Conduct thorough screening and assessment processes to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates, fostering professional relationships and keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process. Provide guidance and support to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze client requirements and candidate profiles to make accurate and successful job matches. Facilitate the interview and selection process, coordinating scheduling, providing feedback, and managing offer negotiations.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and recruitment best practices within the region. Share insights and advice with clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment expert.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing ongoing support. Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor and track key recruitment metrics, such as client acquisition, candidate placements, and revenue generation. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, performance, and market insights.
