Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role in a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes effectively.
  • Experience with various training methods and tools, including e-learning platforms.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage employees.
