Our Client is a leading multinational group, seeking to hire a highly talented and experienced "Creative Director" with a deep passion for skincare and beauty products for their offices in Beirut, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating exceptional brand experiences that engage customers and drive business growth. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative team and guiding the development of creative strategies, concepts, and campaigns that inspire and delight our customers.

Creative Director Responsibilities:

  • Lead the corporate creative team to develop innovative and compelling brand experiences across all channels, including digital, print, and experiential.
  • Establish and maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and integrity across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Develop and oversee the production of all marketing materials, including packaging, digital assets, and in-store displays.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and emerging technologies in the skincare and beauty industry, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Manage the creative budget and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within budget.

Creative Director Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in the creative department, with experience in the skincare and beauty products.
  • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates a deep understanding of brand strategy, design, and storytelling.
  • A proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a creative team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
