Job Description
As a Security Officer - Real Estate Access Desk in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and clear communication, all while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as part of your responsibilities.

Control access to the location by verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals.Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries related to access procedures and site-specific policies.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to observe and report on security-related matters.Document and report any access control violations, unusual activity, or security-related incidents as required.Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
