Job Description
As a Security Officer - Access Control Specialist CRE in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals while maintaining a professional presence.Assist visitors and employees with access-related inquiries and provide guidance on site-specific policies and procedures.Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining awareness of surroundings and promptly reporting any concerns to Allied Universal management and client representatives.Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to observe for irregularities and address security-related matters as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols at the location.Document observations, incidents, and/or activities thoroughly in daily reports and communicate relevant information to appropriate parties.Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
