Job Description
As a Security Officer - Access Control Lobby Desk in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, maintaining high visibility, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals in accordance with site-specific procedures.Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries related to access control and security-related procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site policies.Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, supporting the security-related needs of the location.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
