DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES This comprehensive job description outlines the responsibilities, skills, tools, operational metrics, and daily activities expected of a web developer. Responsibilities · Work closely with the internal team to understand and fulfill the company's website requirements and objectives. · Convert specifications into scalable, efficient code, incorporating AI where beneficial. · Develop and enhance front -end and back -end functionalities of websites. · Ensure websites are responsive across various browsers and optimized for speed. · Continuously update and refine the company's digital platforms. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and post -launch phases. · Stay abreast of technological advancements, especially in AI, to apply best practices. · Ensure the quality and reliability of website functionalities through rigorous testing. · Engage in collaborative work with designers, developers, and key stakeholders. Additional Responsibilities: · AI Integration: Leverage expertise in artificial intelligence to integrate AI tools and technologies across different processes and sections within the company, enhancing efficiency, customer experience, and innovation. · Zoho Optimization and Automation: Utilize Zoho to automate tasks and integrate systems, improving operational efficiency. · Project Management with Third -Parties: Oversee projects with external developers, ensuring deliverables meet the company's quality standards and timelines. · Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and improve current solutions, integrating new technologies to enhance functionality and user experience. Tools and Systems: · Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant web development languages. · Experienced with front -end frameworks and back -end technologies. · Knowledgeable in AI technologies and their application in web development and internal processes. · Skilled in database management, version control, and Zoho applications. Operational KPIs: · Efficiency: Evaluate the time efficiency of task completion. · Accuracy: Ensure all implementations meet the company's exact standards. · Productivity: Monitor the progress and completion rate of projects. · Quality: Utilize feedback and testing to measure the impact of AI integrations and web development improvements. Prepare and implement action plans · To ensure the promotion of Customer Focus throughout the department · To ensure that the integrity of the QMS is maintained when changes are planned and implemented · To report all detected non -conforming outputs related to QMS to their direct supervisors and to handle the cases according to each process. · To communicate to direct supervisor or concerned manager if there is any room/opportunity for improvement.
