Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of web developers, fostering a collaborative

and innovative work environment.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects,

ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

Provide expert guidance on best practices in coding, design, and

development, ensuring projects are technically sound and innovative.

Collaborate with the project managers to align web development projects

with overall digital marketing strategies.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and

ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Implement testing procedures to ensure all web projects are free of bugs and

perform seamlessly across different platforms and devices.

Stay updated on the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies

to continuously improve the team's skills and project outcomes.

Track and report on project progress, team performance, and web analytics to

inform future strategies and improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or relevant

field.

Proven 5 years of working experience as a Web Developer, including 2 years of

experience as a Web Developers Lead within a digital marketing agency or

similar environment.

Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Understanding of MySQL databases.

In-depth knowledge of WordPress core functionalities.

Knowledge of popular plugins and their integration.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of developers.

Strong organizational skills and experience in managing multiple projects

simultaneously.

Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and how to address them.

Knowledge of SEO plugins and tools.

Skills in optimizing website performance and speed, and familiarity with

caching techniques.

Proficient in testing and debugging techniques, and awareness of

cross-browser compatibility issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey

technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on understanding and meeting

client needs. English Language proficiency is a must
