About the Role

We are seeking a Project Officer to support global operations. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects, managing resources, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and document key takeaways for stakeholders.

2. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor project progress and track KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze operational data to identify risks and areas for improvement.

3. Resource Management

  • Assist in allocating resources for efficient project execution.
  • Track utilization and propose optimization strategies.

4. Customer Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and updates.
  • Maintain professional and clear communication through digital tools.
  • Build strong client relationships by addressing needs effectively.
Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or customer service.
  • University degree in a relevant field.

Languages

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • French proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Arabic is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
