You are not just an HR professional you are a change architect.

You've led transformation within large, complex organizations (500+ employees) and know how to balance empathy with authority. 
You are strategic, yet operational. Visionary, yet disciplined.

• 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience.
• Proven success in organizational design, policy development, and change management.
• Strong grasp of labor law, performance frameworks, and talent strategy.
• The gravitas and courage to challenge norms, reset standards, and inspire alignment.

• You thrive in environments that need rebuilding, reshaping, and rejuvenating.
• You are assertive, structured, and people-centric a professional who can whip into shape teams while fostering respect, trust, and accountability. You believe in systems, not shortcuts; in communication, not chaos.
