We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves responsibility for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating the hiring process. Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiringConduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholdersUse ATS to keep track of candidate applications, update candidate statuses, and maintain recruitment recordsStay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance talent acquisition effortsRequirements
1 year of experience in talent acquisitionProficiency in using sourcing techniques and platformsKnowledge of candidates assessment methodsResults orientation: ability to meet recruitment targets, deadlines, and metrics while maintaining high-quality standardsAdaptability, problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and a customer-focused mindsetProficiency in ArabicWe offer
