Job Brief
We are looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, and creative Content, Events, and Brand Storytelling Specialist to help us in our marketing efforts.
The role is responsible for crafting compelling narratives and producing high-impact content across multiple platforms. It plays a key part in shaping our customers' brands' voices, engaging audiences, and driving awareness through strategic storytelling, event management, and content marketing initiatives.

Where Can You Work From
We are a fully remote team with the leadership based out of Dubai. You can join us and work from any part of the MENA region. You do not need to be based out of the UAE to join the team.

Talent at Work (TaW) is a UAE-based startup with a unique business concept offering Association Management Services for Western-based associations looking to expand their outreach in MENAT and South Asia.
How You Will Contribute
1. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Develop and execute a brand storytelling strategy to enhance audience engagement and reinforce the brands missions.
- Write and curate social media posts, email campaigns, press releases, interviews, testimonials, and digital marketing materials to drive brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the leadership, operations teams, and subject matter experts to create articles and blogs reinforcing the brands' thought leadership.
- Optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement across all platforms.
- Craft compelling content that aligns with our customers' target audience and reflect the brands' values and mission.
- Source speakers and produce webinars and/or podcasts that enhance brand authority and community engagement.
- Develop presentations, brochures, and pitch decks for external and internal audiences.
- Create engaging multimedia content (videos, infographics, etc..) to showcase brand stories and event highlights.
- Support the sales team by developing persuasive case studies, white papers, and value proposition materials.
2. Event Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, masterclasses, and roundtables.
- Develop event concepts that align with the brands' strategic objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement.
- Handle end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, speaker coordination, agenda planning, and registration management.
- Prepare post-event reports, recaps, and audience feedback analysis to measure impact and identify improvement areas.
- Produce content for event collaterals, including banners, speaker guides, attendees' takeaways, etc.
3. Social Media & Community Engagement
- Engage with online communities, influencers, and partners to amplify brand reach.
- Leverage live coverage, behind-the-scenes content, and interactive engagement tactics during events.
- Prepare, maintain, and update the social media calendars for each brand.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions on social media posts and pages.
4. Marketing & Brand Strategy Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Lead Designer to ensure brand consistency in all communication.
- Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to develop and refine target audiences and brand strategies that align with business objectives and market positioning.
- Partner with the Lead Designer to create compelling visuals for all kind of content produced. This includes providing detailed briefs and feedback on designs.
- Coordinate with the Digital Engagement & Lead Nurturing Specialist on campaign execution and content dissemination.
- Liaise regularly with the sales and operations teams to support their initiatives and identify content creation opportunities.
- Review the marketing strategy, collaterals, and content produced by our customers' education partners.
5. Additional Responsibilities:
- Build strong product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends and competitive intelligence.
- Keep up to date on clients' products, services, and promotions.
- Support in onboarding new team members.
- Occasional travel to client sites, events, and conferences as needed.
What You Need
- 5 - 8 years of experience in content creation, event planning, brand storytelling, and corporate communications.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media trends, and digital engagement.
- Exceptional copywriting, editorial, and storytelling skills both in English and Arabic with a strong portfolio of published content.
- Proven ability to leverage in deoth research to create accurate and relevant content.
- Ability to craft SEO-optimized content.
- Proven experience in planning and managing corporate events, webinars, and roundtables.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and PR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, keeping deliverables and deadlines on top of mind.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations
