Sales Manager

Lead, supervise, and manage sales teams across different locations.
Recruit, onboard, and train sales representatives to ensure strong product knowledge and selling skills.
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for individuals and teams, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive growth and market expansion.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all locations.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to management.
Coach and motivate the sales team to maintain high energy, engagement, and productivity.
Conduct regular field visits to support teams, ensure execution standards, and solve operational challenges.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and activations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Experienced in customer relationship management and client engagement
- Leadership and team mentoring capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting sales data and market trends
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
