Our client, a boutique fitness studio, is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in Verdun, Lebanon.The Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing the client portfolio, enhancing customer retention and satisfaction, and overseeing sales and operational processes to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract new clients and increase membership sales.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.

  • Oversee customer service operations, ensuring a high-quality client experience and swift resolution of concerns.

  • Collaborate with the management team to set targets, business objectives, and sales goals.

  • Implement and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track client interactions and improve engagement.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance service offerings.

  • Lead sales initiatives, including promotions, events, and partnership collaborations to expand the studios reach.

  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning and customer expectations.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency to the management team.

  • Monitor studio operations to ensure a seamless client experience, assisting with front desk duties when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations, preferably within the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or related industries.

  • Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

  • Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities.

  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.

  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is an advantage.
