Description
We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented Operations, Finance & Compliance Associate to support day-to-day HR, accounting, treasury, admin, and compliance workflows across our group. The role requires accuracy, organisation, and effective coordination with internal teams and external service providers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with internal bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoice payments, and preparation of information for accountants and auditors.
- Support treasury operations, including approved transfers, provisions, and reward calculations.
- Manage initial and ongoing KYC with banks, exchanges, and counterparties; respond to compliance and documentation requests.
- Maintain corporate records, licences, and filings; assist with contracts and administrative tasks.
- Support onboarding of employees and contractors; administer salaries, bonuses, reimbursements, and leave records; handle visa, sponsorship, work permits.
- Experience in operations, finance, HR, or a similar cross-functional support role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage parallel workflows.
- Familiarity with UK or UAE corporate environments.
- Basic accounting understanding (bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing).
- Exposure to an international environment (UK + UAE).
- Involvement in a fast-moving tech/crypto environment.
- A high-impact role with ownership of key operational processes.
- Flexibility and autonomy in day-to-day work.
