Namou Properties is seeking a Business Analyst with marketing experience to support our real estate operations, sales performance, and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will analyze data, improve business processes, and provide insights that support growth across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze real estate market trends, sales data, customer segments, and lead funnels.
- Evaluate marketing and sales performance to support decision-making.
- Conduct business and operational analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
- Document business processes, requirements, and workflows.
- Support cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- 2+ years experience in business analysis or marketing analytics.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
- Understanding of CRM systems and digital marketing metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
