Role Overview
The BIM Manager will lead Building Information Modeling processes, ensuring accurate 3D models and coordination across design and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage BIM standards and workflows.
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of BIM models.
  • Train staff on BIM tools and processes.
  • Prepare BIM reports and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, or related field.
  • 12–14 years of experience in BIM management.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
