Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

- Developing, organizing and reviewing design plans

- Ensuring that projects design meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards

- Determining and scheduling different stages of the design process, in accordance to the client needs.

Monitoring the progress of the project design and ascertain whether phases of the process are in compliance with plans and project deadlines

- Leadership skills, as they are responsible for managing and directing other professionals involved in the project

- Technical skills, as architectural project managers need to use CADD technology to create plans as part of building information modeling (BIM)

- Visualization skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Coordinate with architects and designers

- Coordinate with different trade consultants (structure, MEP, FLS, traffic

- Attend clients and design team meetings and create comprehensive reports and action lists

 Required Skills & Experience:

- Revit

- Microsoft Project or primavera

- Proven experience working on big scale projects

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Architecture 

- 4+ years of experience
