Role
Toters has quickly established itself as the industry leader in food delivery in Lebanon and is growing rapidly in Iraq. Leveraging its excellent brand, logistics infrastructure and technical solutions, Toters has quickly moved to adjacent markets including grocery fulfillment, fintech, and digital asset solutions, with more to come.
All these verticals and how they interact with each other make it very important for both management and the people at the front lines (and everyone in between) to have fast and clear access to information. This is where the Data team (and you) come in.

Description
In this role we are looking for people who are passionate about Toters' mission and are excited to utilize their data analysis skills in bringing actionable data to those who need it most.
Your impact on the business will be felt across all levels of the organization, and you will be joining a talented data analytics team that has already had a profound impact on the business operations of the company. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into comprehensive analytics solutions, ensuring single source of truth through standardized reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and help make data-driven decisions.
  • Design and deliver impactful data products and actionable insights that enable informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Implement robust data quality validation processes, ensuring accuracy between source systems and final deliverables.
  • Maintain clear documentation of development work and process changes through standardized templates and handbook updates.
  • Evaluate and approve changes to data models and dashboards, demonstrating thorough understanding of their downstream impacts.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance data quality, security, and performance throughout the entire data lifecycle.
  • Tackle complex business challenges that require navigating ambiguity and delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Recognized as expert in maintaining high-quality SQL code that adhere to standards for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • 4+ years experience in analytics role or equivalent experience/training
  • Solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to projects at every stage, from initial requirement gathering to final insight delivery, with minimal oversight/support
  • Good command of business intelligence tools, preferably Tableau, with proven ability to create impactful visualizations.
