Mega Prefab is a complete service provider of precast concrete buildings, prefabricated houses, concrete blocks CMU and post-tension solutions . We are involved in all the phases of the project. We will design, manufacture, deliver and install our products. With more than 25 years experience in the business, we have optimized our structural elements to be efficient, safe and low cost.
Job DescriptionJob Purpose:
Design modular houses including 3D's, shop drawings and BOQ's. Procure all materials and subcontractors for the site.
Job Duties:
- Use AutoCAD, sketchup or revit and 3Dmax to design and render prefabricated concrete houses of different styles and sizes.
- Develop execution and shop drawings for the houses.
- Extract the bill of quantity and prepare the subcontractor packages.
- Quote and compare the subcontractor offers.
- Coordinate with the client for the design, construction schedule and any contractual issue.
- Prepare drawings and quotations for new houses and provide technical support for the sales team.
Requirements
- Be able to render in 3D.
- Excel knowledge to prepare a BOQ
- People's skills to negotiate with subcontractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and enrolled in the OEA.
