Design Architect

We are seeking a talented and creative Design Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual and technical design skills, with proven experience in developing proposals, layouts, presentations, and both exterior and interior design packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and design presentations.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and proposal documents.
- Produce 3D models; rendering skills are a plus.
- Create design presentations and visual materials for submissions.
- Support both interior and exterior design development.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare design submissions and proposal packages.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a previous Design office
- Strong sketching and conceptual design skills.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar).
- Rendering skills (using tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or similar) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience preparing design presentations and proposal packages.
- Prior experience working in a design office on proposals, concept packages, and layout development.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
