This dynamic individual will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, handling special requests, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing top -notch service to our patrons. *Responsibilities* * Take customer orders accurately and efficiently * Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner * Handle special requests and dietary needs with a smile * Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and restrooms * Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers * Collaborate with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service * Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner *Requirements* * 1+ year of experience in a server or related role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and multitask with ease * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
