Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Perform daily data entry of invoices, purchase orders, and supplier bills in the accounting system.
Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, raw materials, and steel stock ledgers.
Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger updates.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Generate and review financial reports for management and auditors.
Verify accuracy of supplier invoices and payment terms before processing.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate data.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational data.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, taxation rules, and internal control procedures.
The Ideal Candidate should possess:
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or data entry roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or steel industries.
· Strong familiarity with inventory and cost accounting principles.
· Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
· Strong data entry accuracy and speed.
· Understanding of VAT, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
