Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations: AP/AR, bank reconciliation, payroll entries, fixed assets, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly and year-end closing, financial reports, and trial balances.
Ensure accuracy of invoices, payments, provisions, and accruals.
Monitor collections, supplier accounts, and internal cost controls.
Prepare tax declarations (VAT, income tax, NSSF) and ensure compliance with Lebanese regulations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation.
Supervise and guide junior accountants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of Lebanese accounting standards, taxation, and month-end closing.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
