is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with preferrable MERN stack expertise to help shape the architecture, scalability, and performance of our digital platforms. This is a key technical leadership role for an experienced engineer who can drive end-to-end delivery from system design to deployment while mentoring others and ensuring best-in-class engineering standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional business, product, and design teams to architect robust, secure, and scalable solutions. We value technical excellence, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance innovation with pragmatism.

Fluency in both French and English is preferred, as youll collaborate with international teams and enterprise clients across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications preferably using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, ).
  • Define technical direction and establish best practices for code quality, deployment, and architecture.
  • Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
  • Ensure security, reliability, and performance at every layer of the stack.
  • Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and champion technical excellence.
  • Oversee CI/CD implementation, testing automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic technology decisions and long-term platform evolution.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 3 years in senior or lead roles.
  • Proven expertise in MongoDB, , , and , including performance tuning and advanced debugging.
  • Strong background in software architecture, API design, and database schema optimization.
  • In-depth experience with frontend state management, modern React hooks, and component-driven architectures.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices, authentication flows, and data protection principles.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and Git-based workflows.
  • Track record of leading development teams or mentoring engineers in agile environments.
  • Autonomous, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
