As we continue expanding our operations, we are building a stronger brand presence across digital channels. We are seeking a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer partnerships, elevate our brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesAs our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will:
  • Develop & execute influencer strategies aligned with Presentail's brand and business goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables with influencers, agencies, and partners.
  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: briefing, content approvals, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign ROI and KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer initiatives with paid media, PR, and content marketing.
  • Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing, social media, and consumer behavior.
  • Build a network of long-term influencer relationships to amplify Presentail's brand voice in Lebanon, UAE, and new expansion markets.
RequirementsWe are looking for someone who brings both creativity and performance-driven thinking:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital partnerships.
  • Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with influencer discovery tools, campaign tracking, and social analytics.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and content trends.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
