We are looking for a young, dynamic, forward-thinking Salesperson who will help the Partners / Sales team build a solid client base in Europe & the Middle East.
The candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers.
- Schedule/organize meetings, appointments & travel arrangements
- Prepare agendas, taking minutes, and follow up on action items from previous meetings.
- Create, edit, documents, presentations & reports.
- Act as a point of contact between Management & internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize corporate events, conferences & other business-related gatherings.
- Identify and qualify potential investors or partners through various channels: online research, social media, networking events & inbound inquiries.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce the platform & its investment opportunities
- Perform thorough research and build a database of Targeted Customers as requested by Management.
- Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material & other documents.
- Manage the team s Linked-In Sales Navigator Strategy.
- Implement effective marketing / sales techniques to promote company products - Outreach Program: Email; Linked In; Calls etc.
- Assess the needs and investment criteria of potential investors to ensure they are a good fit for the platform s co-investment opportunities.
- Set up meetings or calls between qualified leads and senior sales / investment team members for further discussions and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and progress in the CRM system
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics to management.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all prospects and nurture relationships to convert them into active investors on the platform, in order to keep the Partners and Sales Managers busy meeting with qualified leads.
University degree in related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills, time management & follow up.
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Team spirit, creative, positive attitude & ethos.
Experienced with Prospecting Tools, Outreach Software, CRM Software, Social Media & MS Office.
