Job Description:

As a part of our team, your role will be pivotal in managing cases from inception to resolution. You will work on various aspects of legal practice, providing clients with top-tier legal services, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Case Management: Overseeing all aspects of case preparation, including gathering evidence, drafting documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal processes.
• Client Interaction: Interviewing clients, providing legal advice, and managing client relationships throughout the course of their case.
• Legal Research: Conducting thorough legal research to support case strategy and documentation.
• Collaboration: Working within a collaborative environment, learning from senior team members, and sharing knowledge to drive the success of the firm.
• Continuous Development: Engaging in regular training, attending workshops, and receiving ongoing mentorship to grow professionally.

Trainee Lawyer Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a law firm is preferred but not essential.
• Skills: Strong organizational, research, and writing abilities.
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
• Attributes: Eagerness to learn, ambition to excel, and curiosity to grow within the legal field.
• Commitment: Strong work ethic and the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative team.

Qualified Lawyer Requirements:

• Experience: Extensive experience in managing a variety of legal cases, from initial consultations to final resolutions, including:
  • Client interviews and consultations
  • Evidence collection and case preparation
  • Drafting legal documents and filing with relevant authorities
  • Appearing in court when required
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Attributes: Strong leadership abilities, a keen problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment: A driven individual with a passion for law, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ambition to grow within the profession.
