Job DescriptionTo Manage the accounting staff who are responsible for Data entry, billing, collections, payroll and daily functional operations
To manage and control daily cash & bank position
To develop, upgrade and improve upon existing procedure and whenever it is necessary
Manages full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts monthly and yearly.
To perform budgetary control procedures monthly to ensure within budgets and highlight significant variances.
To prepare budget planning at the beginning of the year and managing budgets throughout the year.
To manage the reports to management as daily report, monthly report & yearly report in detail.
To manage and compare actual vs budget report by project
To keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations, laws and legislation.
QualificationsBachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
4 y plus of related experience required
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Able to work under pressure and deadline
