Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our factory and ensure the smooth functioning of all machinery, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in industrial maintenance and proven experience in managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing or factory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all machines and equipment.
Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient work execution.
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance operations.
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, cost estimates, and reports.
Liaise with external service providers for specialized repairs and technical support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management within industrial or manufacturing settings.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment, and maintenance best practices.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze and solve technical problems effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, based in Beirut.
