As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in assisting medical or dental professionals with procedures, providing exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe and hygienic clinical environment. If you are a detail -oriented and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. ### Responsibilities * Assist medical or dental professionals with procedures, exams, and treatments * Provide patient care, including vital sign measurements, preparation for exams, and post -procedure care * Maintain accurate and up -to -date patient records, both electronic and paper -based * Ensure a safe and hygienic clinical environment, adhering to infection control protocols and regulations * Prepare and restock exam rooms, treatment areas, and other clinical spaces * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment ### Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent required; post -secondary education in medical or dental assisting preferred * Current certification as a Medical or Dental Assistant (CMA or CDA) or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe * 1 -2 years of experience in a medical or dental setting, preferably in an assisting role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently * Basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
