**Dental Assistant** ====================== **Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail -oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting dental procedures, preparing instruments, managing records, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring patient comfort throughout dental treatments. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast -paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of experienced dental professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms * Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety * Manage patient records, including medical and dental histories, X -rays, and treatment plans * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA and CDC guidelines * Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members to ensure seamless care * Perform routine tasks, such as sterilizing instruments and restocking supplies **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required; dental assisting certification (RDA or CDA) preferred * 1 -2 years of experience in a dental setting; training or experience with electronic health records (EHRs) a plus * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information * Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional Saturdays
